What is this workshop all about?

Wildlife painting, especially birds, is one of the most loved subjects for all watercolor artists.

What it takes to create a beautiful and convincing portrait of any kind of animal can be summed up in one word...control. However, because of watercolor's reputation for being unpredictable, most watercolor artists cringe at the thought of painting anything in watercolor that requires them to have a bit more control over the medium.

I can tell you from experience that it is easier than you think it is. Its only a matter of breaking down your subject into simple and achievable steps.

In this Watercolor Mastery Workshop, we'll be using House Sparrows as our subject, but, more importantly, I'll be showing you a few simple and universal concepts that can be applied to any kind of animal painting.
